Make Technology Work For You: How To Stop The IT Whack-A-Mole Game

According to Forbes.com, when it comes to technology implementation, 7 out of 10 business owners/companies get it wrong and fail. This can be avoided if you know what the most common traps are and you are able to bypass the unnecessary mistakes in the first place.

When it comes to deploying technology solutions, it is crucial to plan and execute with a sharp, strategic eye, so that implementation can be done in alignment with the business’ vision.

Brian Weekes, President of Boston BizTech, has over 28 years of IT experience, resolving executive dilemmas with business technology. Having been in the industry for so long, he has seen technology gone wrong far too many times.

Brian will show you methods he has used to help well-known organizations double their profits, eliminate inefficient processes, and save over $100 million, helping business owners and executives remove worry and stress so they can sleep soundly.

Additionally, Brian will share examples from his own journey from solopreneur to business owner and leader of a team so that these wisdoms can directly apply to you.

In this talk, you will:

  • Learn the 3 biggest mistakes business owners and solo consultants make when implementing technology solutions. Understand how to avoid them so they don’t blow up in your face.
  • Understand how to be proactive in creating a strong technology foundation so anyone from solopreneurs to large businesses can achieve sustainable business success.
  • Receive a framework of how to choose the best technology solutions specialist(s), even for non-technical folks, especially for solo consultants, so you don’t end up wasting time, energy, and money barking up the wrong tree.
  • Learn how to play the optimal game when it comes to setting up your technology with growth in mind, so you can have short-term satisfaction and relief without sacrificing your long-term scalability.

There's no charge for this workshop.
