How to Price Your Consulting Services
How do you price your consulting services? Do you charge a fixed price, by the hour, or use another pricing model?
There are several factors that guide a consultant when determining the price to charge. These start with the type of consulting services offered, the client, and even the consultant themselves.
There are five basic pricing models. Each model has pros and cons and there are appropriate times to use one model over another. It is up to the consultant to determine what pricing model, or strategy, is the right one for them.
Attend this workshop to get a better understanding of the following:
Being familiar with the various pricing models better positions a consultant to determine the price to charge for their service and eliminates the feeling of “I don’t know what happened, but I didn’t earn what I anticipated.”
There's no charge for this workshop.
