The Business Model Canvas

Do you have a formal business plan? Chances are your plan (if you have one) is a few years old and doesn’t incorporate recent changes in your business model. Business plans are fixed documents that are usually filed and forgotten once completed.

The business model canvas is a flexible alternative to a business plan. It’s easy to prepare and you can modify the canvas whenever your circumstances change.

What is a Business Model Canvas?

The canvas is a visual strategic planning chart that describes your ideal customer segments, customer relationships, value propositions, pricing structure, and key partnerships. It quickly identifies and defines your business goals, strategies, and action plans. The tool can also be used to design marketing plans and customer experience approaches.

Attend this Interactive Workshop to:

  • Learn how to build a plan that’s easy to modify when your business changes
  • Identify your ideal clients and how you can gain, maintain, and retain them
  • Create key value propositions that will set you apart from your competition
  • Identify key partners who can help you grow and scale your business with less effort, energy, and resources.

There’s no charge to attend this meeting.
