Cancellation Policy: We’re unable to refund registration fees except when we cancel an event, typically due to severe weather. If you are unable to attend a meeting for which you’ve registered and let us know at least a week in advance, you may request a credit that can be applied to a future SPC event, by you or another person, within three months.

Payment Policy: We've switched to a new payment system as of March 31, 2019. The SPC is now using a secure online payment system that accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. We are no longer accepting PayPal transactions.
