Making Cents of the Tax Cuts & Jobs Act: Important Tax Changes for Individuals and Businesses

What impact will the tax law changes have on your financial and tax planning in 2019? Join us for dinner on January 14 to hear Ron Loberfeld, CPA, explain what the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act means to you and your clients.

Ron will cover the key provisions of the tax law and how the changes will affect you and your business. He’ll also discuss provisions of the law that have been clarified during 2018. Topics to be covered include:

  • Changes in tax brackets
  • Changes in various deductions
  • Changes for C-Corporate tax rate
  • 20% pass-through deduction
  • AMT changes
  • Like-kind exchanges

Ron and his firm provide accounting, audit, and tax services to individuals and small businesses. Like all SPC meetings, this one will be interactive, and Ron will be glad to respond to your questions.
