Dave Seaton is an independent consultant and the founder of Chicken Dinner Club, the online learning community that teaches independent consultants to win big, meaty projects with the Chicken Dinner System.

After a 21-year corporate career, Dave launched his own practice, Seaton CX, where he helps organizations in healthcare, cybersecurity, telecom, and education strengthen customer experience and operational performance. Working with both corporate leaders and independent consultants gives him a clear view of what it takes to win client engagements with confidence.

He launched Chicken Dinner Club in 2024 to share the client development system he uses in his own practice. Built on the Five Disciplines of Client Development (Clarity, Credibility, Connection, Conversion, and Consistency), it helps established independent consultants move beyond referrals and build a predictable project pipeline.
