Laura Dallas Burford, MA, PMP began her management consulting firm, LAD Enterprizes, Inc, in 2002 after 9/11 forced the closing a successful start-up international consulting operation. Over the years, her management consulting firm has changed to where it is today-a firm that leverages Laura’s thirty plus years of consulting experience and expertise helping independent consultants and consulting business leaders improve their consulting businesses. She does it with the help of proprietary approach, The Consultancy Model and her signature system, the Consulting JUMPSTART Blueprint.

Prior to starting her own business, Laura was recruited by the CEO of a Fortune 100 company for a start-up international consulting operation, worked 10 years for “Big 4” consulting organizations, and worked with or consulted to multiple Fortune 50 companies. As a project consultant, she has led large multi-million-dollar business and technology related initiatives, established new businesses and consulting organizations, and built project management offices.

In addition to being a business advisor to consultants, Laura is a speaker, author, and educator.
