I have over 30 years of experience in strategy development, business management, information technology management, service management, and product management. Some of my key accomplishments over the years include:

*Working with major payments company to provide Program Management services for a data center migration. Responsibilities include bridging technology and business units, communicating with clients, overseeing technology workstreams, facilitating integrated planning workshops.
* Managed a technology RFP process for a recently merged financial services company. Enabled company to leverage larger size for greater cost savings on technology purchases.
* Developed multi-year strategy and roadmaps for end user computing products such as email, instant messaging, web conferencing, and document sharing
* Managed the $15MM program to integrate these products following Bank of America’s acquisitions of LaSalle Bank and Merrill Lynch
* Led the global product management team responsible for all of the financial, customer service, product enhancement and business requirements of the company’s messaging and collaboration products
* Negotiated contracts with strategic vendors, leading to nearly $1MM in savings and $600k annual run rate savings
* Implemented the first Service Management processes and managed teams responsible for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management components
* Completed a Design for Six Sigma project resulting in a $1MM+ annual save in provisioning mobile devices to employees

Strategic Consulting
* Review current business strategy to help determine continued relevance and any required changes
* Conduct a strategic review workshop to examine, revise, and document the company’s goals, vision, market position, key priorities, timelines, strengths and weaknesses, and any significant risks or gaps.
* Build an organizational profile that will help you understand the most important aspects of your business, determine any gaps in critical information, potential conflicts, and identify your key markets and customers

Technology Consulting
* Assessment of current technologies in use, whether approved or not
* Determine business and technical requirements for any systems or technology that will enable your company to meet its organizational goals; gather software licensing and implementation costs for client; provide recommendations about technology
* Create RFIs and RFPs
* Develop IT roadmap for implementing new IT services
* Plan and execute a migration to Office 365 or Google for Business

Operational Review
* Determine where systematic processes exist and where to improve standards
* Review current metrics for relevance and alignment with strategic goals. Assist in developing new metrics
* Identify operational risks such as single points of failure, training gaps, security weaknesses, and regulatory compliance
* Develop an operational playbook to effectively build and manage your business through documented, standardized processes
* Implement a product management lifecycle program to help you manage timelines, build marketing and training calendars, and implement sustained maintenance and end-of-life programs
* Analyze business costs to help maximize allocation of budget
